Our phone line is currently experiencing issues. Our team is aware and is currently working on a fix as soon as possible.
We are closing this out after observing no additional issues over the past few hours.
We believe the issue is resolved but are continuing to monitor the situation.
Engineering has identified the issue and the fix is being implemented. Things are starting to clear up, but we are going to continue to monitor before declaring this resolved.
Our engineers are actively working to address an issue in our infrastructure that is affecting multiple Philo systems, including video and our Help Center. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
We are happy to share that our phone line is no longer experiencing any issues.

Philo is having trouble streaming Live on HGTV and OWN

This issue should now be resolved.
We implemented a fix and currently monitoring the result.

We have identified an issue with our latest Roku release that is causing a black screen and spinner to appear when it rolls over to a new program. The issue is transient and playback will continue after ~10 seconds. We are actively working on a fix and hope to release it early next week.
