    In the meantime, we are continuing to look into a workaround.

    We have narrowed down the problem to Google's Widevine DRM. It appears to be a widespread outage affecting several streaming services. We are actively investigating workaround options.

    We have received multiple reports from users that they are getting kicked back to the previous screen when attempting to play content. The progress bar will show 33%, then 99%, and then exit the video player. We are actively investigating this.

    Large-scale cloud provider outage confirmed US-EAST-2 Region being affected.

    > 10:25 AM PDT We can confirm that some instances within a single Availability Zone (USE2-AZ1) in the US-EAST-2 Region have experienced a loss of power.

    Good new, everyone! Reelz has fully resolved their issues and we are no longer observing any issues with our system. They started re-airing the premiere episode of On Patrol: Live at ~22:15 EDT.

    Good news, though! Reelz is going to be re-airing Live Patrol once they have resolved their issues, so anyone whose viewing experience of this show was impacted will have a chance to watch it again without interruption.
